Plans for the face to face meetingWe have funds to partially support travel for a face to face meeting to complete the paper and/or work on the grant proposal, due to NSF Jan., 2011. We have to decide who will be able to/would like to meet and whether it would be best to arrange this at Purdue or at the Univ. of Michigan in Ann Arbor (25 minutes from Detroit Metro airport). We also have to choose a date. I thought a Fri. evening arrival and dinner; Saturday meeting, working 9-5 with meals; and departure Saturday evening or Sunday morning, on Nov. 5-6, Dec. 10-11, or Dec. 17-18 might work.~5 minutes Please let me know if there are any modifications/additions that need to be made to the agenda for the conference call (I will still keep it to one hour).
